This policy explains what myAfterCall LLC ("myAfterCall", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain and short on purpose.

Your recordings stay yours

  • We do not listen to or read your content. Your audio, transcripts, and recaps are processed automatically by software. No myAfterCall employee accesses them unless you explicitly ask us to, in writing, for support.

  • We never train AI on your data. We do not use your recordings, transcripts, or recaps to train any model, and our AI providers are contractually barred from doing so.

  • Everything is encrypted and secure. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on Vercel's SOC 2 Type II-compliant infrastructure in the United States, and isolated per account.

What we collect

  • Account information you give us: name, email, and optional organization.
  • Audio you record with our Chrome extension or upload yourself.
  • Transcripts produced from that audio and the structured recaps generated from them.
  • Basic product analytics such as page views and clicks, used only to improve the app. No third-party advertising trackers.
  • Billing details, handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

We use your content for one purpose: to transcribe your sessions and turn them into the recaps you ask for, then deliver those recaps to you. We also use account and analytics data to run, secure, and improve the service.

We do not sell your data, we do not read or listen to it ourselves, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Where it is hosted

The application runs on Vercel, in United States regions. Vercel is SOC 2 Type II certified. Application data, audio files, transcripts, and recaps are stored on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure in the US, encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS), with row-level security enforcing strict per-account isolation.

Service providers we share with

We rely on a small set of vetted sub-processors purely to deliver the service. Your content is sent to them only for the time it takes to complete a request, and none of them are permitted to train models on it:

  • Vercel — application hosting (US).
  • OpenAI — audio transcription. Audio leaves our servers only for the duration of the API call.
  • Anthropic — recap structuring. Transcripts leave our servers only for the duration of the API call.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Resend — transactional email (recap delivery, sign-in links).

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active so the app works for you. If you cancel, your recaps stay accessible for 30 days so you can export them, then they are deleted. You can delete any meeting at any time, which removes its audio, transcript, and recap. Deleting your account erases everything associated with it.

Your rights

You can export, edit, or delete your content from inside the app at any time. For a full data export, deletion, or any other GDPR or CCPA request, email us at hello@myaftercall.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we make a change that materially affects how your data is handled, we will email you before it takes effect.
