Terms of Service
Last updated: May 28, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and myAfterCall LLC ("myAfterCall", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Who we are
myAfterCall is operated by myAfterCall LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company located at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
What the service does
myAfterCall turns the audio of your coaching sessions into structured client recaps. You provide audio (by recording it with our Chrome extension or uploading it), we transcribe and structure it into a recap, and you decide what to do with the result.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you have your clients' consent to record and process their session audio wherever consent is required by law.
- You will not upload content that violates anyone's rights or any applicable law.
- You are responsible for what you send to your clients. We structure what was said; we do not provide medical, legal, or training advice.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Your data and your content
You own your audio, transcripts, and recaps. We store them only to provide the service. We do not listen to or read your content, and we never use it to train AI models. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Subscription and billing
The trial is 30 days from signup with no credit card required. After that, continued use is on a subscription billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and we do not issue prorated refunds. After cancellation, your existing recaps remain accessible for 30 days for export.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, abuse, or misuse the service: no reverse engineering, no automated scraping, and no attempting to access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or run up disproportionate costs through automated misuse.
Availability and security
The service is hosted on Vercel in United States regions on SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure, with data encrypted in transit and at rest. We work hard to keep the service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". AI transcription and structuring can make mistakes, so always review a recap before sending it to a client. To the maximum extent permitted by law, myAfterCall LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will email you before any material change, and continued use after notice means you accept the updated terms.
